Account recovery

If you lost your login hash, contact the administrator through the official support channel listed on this store's Telegram channel and provide your Telegram identifier.

The administrator can locate your account and resend your login hash via Telegram.

Nobody — including administrators — can ever recover or view your password. If you lost both your hash and your password, the account cannot be restored.
